Segment Information | Segment Information The Company has determined that its four brands are each an operating segment and has aggregated its operating segments into one reportable segment based on the similar nature of products sold, production, merchandising and distribution processes involved, target customers and economic characteristics. The Chief Executive Officer of the Company is the Chief Operating Decision Maker (the “CODM”). The CODM uses both gross margin and Adjusted EBITDA as measures of profit or loss to evaluate performance and allocate resources. Gross margin is disclosed below as the segment profit measure as it is most consistent with the amounts included in the Company’s consolidated financial statements.
