Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events occurring through May 10, 2023, the date that these financial statements were originally available to be issued, and determined the following subsequent event occurred that would require disclosure in these financial statements.
Partial Repayment of Revolving Line of Credit
On May 8, 2023, the Company repaid $10.0 million of the outstanding balance on its revolving line of credit. The remaining balance is due on September 24, 2026.
